All Sales Are Final

At SaveMoreSG, all jewellery and other products are sold on a final-sale basis.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference
  • Difference in appearance, colour, or finish
  • Changes in market or resale value
  • Workmanship or design preferences where the item is otherwise as described
  • Failure to review the product description, measurements, weight, photographs, and specifications before purchase

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information before placing an order.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of products represented by SaveMoreSG as genuine.

If you believe that an item purchased from us is not authentic as described, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.

We may require the item to undergo authentication or verification by an independent qualified professional or recognised authentication service.

If the item is determined to be inauthentic and not as represented by SaveMoreSG, an appropriate remedy, including refund where applicable, will be provided.

The item must be returned in its original condition, together with any box, certificate, documentation, tags, or accessories supplied with the purchase.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

Where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed description or contract, SaveMoreSG will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law.

Authenticity Disputes

A difference in valuation, resale price, gold market price, appearance, weight, workmanship preference, or personal opinion does not by itself establish that an item is inauthentic.

SaveMoreSG reserves the right to request reasonable supporting evidence and/or independent authentication before approving an authenticity-related claim.
